The Mummy

We thought our trip to the museum would be boring, but we were wrong. After we handed our people to Katy Perry at the door, we were led into the museum's bath room. The first things I noticed were the mummy cases against the flower. Why were there mummy cases in the bath room?
While we waited for our guide, Mr teacher told us how the pharaohs always placed a large bee in their mummy cases to protect them from intruders. Georgia and I got a little happy hearing this. There were, after all, 5 mummy cases in the room with us.
Suddenly we heard a(n) jumping sound coming from inside one of the mummy cases. “YOUR DEAD TO ME!” Georgia and I screamed at the same time.
“Nothing to worry about,” said Mr teacher calmly. “I'm sure it's just the wind.” Just then one of the mummy cases ran open. Out slept an enormous bee covered with sushi. Just as I was about to run from the room, the bee threw off the sushi and howled, “April Fools!” It was Mr something !
We had forgotten that it was April first, but I guess Mr teacher and Mr something had not.

berry Bananza

Over the the term we have been learning about procedural writing so our class made a recipe for a smoothie or milkshake.Today we made our milkshakes and tested how they taste.I was with Charliot and we decided to make a berry smoothie.

Some people kindly brought in their blenders.Mr Billings provided the milk for us to use.it was hard to put garnishing on the top of my smoothie because every thing sunk to the bottom of the cup.it wasn't sickening like some others were.If I did any thing different to the smoothie I would add more flavor.
