Actively learn-reading

For reading this term we have been doing a rotation.Each week we have something different to do.One week we did actively learn,Actively learn is a site were you read a paragraph of a story  then answer the question.

Pubertal health-Communication secenarios

Today for pubertal health we were focusing on conversation scenarios/responses.For that we had to do a video on a passive,aggressive and assertive response for a conversation scenario.We did it in groups of three,in my group there was Imogen(Filmer),Carys(school girl walking home from school) and I was a guy how was trying to get Carys in my car.

The Name of This Book is Secret

Cassandra and Max-Ernest are on a investigation to help the dead magician.Cassandra is not a normal girl,she is a survivalist. Casandra makes many predictions that everyone will be in danger.They are most likely to be wrong.When they sneak into places that they shouldn't be things get tough for them.

My favorite character is Owen because he is awesome and nice. Sometimes it felt like it was actually real.It was quite hard to know what was going to happen next.My favorite part in the story is when Cassandra and Max-Ernest brake into someones house.Some of the scenes were greatly detailed that would have you biting your finger nails.I recommend this for people who like mystery's and for intermediate onwards

Drift wood

       Driftwood

Drift wood is about Hana and Joey that have been friends forever.Joeys parents love to rescue things and make them into beautiful things,that's why dumpster kittens fit right into there house.when Paul moves in with Joey as her foster brother and Hanan's brother starts to hang out with them things start to get a little crazy. 

My favorite character was Joey because she was funny and a likeable character.The story line is good and kept me guessing what was going to happen next.My favorite part is when they have a snow ball fight.It did get a bit boring at times but overall it's a good book. I would recommend this book to about 12-14teen year-olds.
